This is a small unit conveniently located for easy commuting to all destinations on the island. Water and Electricity are included in rent. The unit sits in back of the main house. AC split AC in the bedroom, appliances, gas cooking, Wifi, and lots of parking in the yard. The unit also has access to a washer. The tenant is responsible for gas tank refills. There is an additional refundable $300 utility deposit required.
